سياسة الدفع والاسترجاع

توضح هذه السياسة كيف يُدفع العربون، ومتى يُسترد، وما يحدث عند الإلغاء. هي جزء من الشروط والأحكام.
1. وسائل الدفع
يُدفع العربون داخل التطبيق عبر بوابة الدفع المرخّصة ميسّر (Moyasar) بالريال السعودي: بطاقات مدى وVisa وMastercard، وApple Pay على أجهزة Apple، وSTC Pay، وGoogle Pay وSamsung Pay على أجهزة Android حسب توفرها على جهازك.
يُدخَل رقم البطاقة لدى ميسّر مباشرة؛ التطبيق لا يخزّن أرقام البطاقات.
2. العربون
إرسال الطلب مجاني. بعد موافقة المصوّر تدفع عربونًا بنسبة يحدّدها المصوّر لكل خدمة وتظهر قبل الحجز. لديك 24 ساعة من الموافقة للدفع، وإلا يُغلق الطلب دون رسوم.
يتأكد الحجز فور نجاح الدفع. يُحتسب العربون من إجمالي الحجز، والمتبقي يُسدّد بعد التصوير.
إذا وصل دفع لحجز لم يعد قابلًا للدفع (مثلًا انتهت مهلته أو أُلغي) نُلغي العملية أو نعيد المبلغ تلقائيًا.
3. الإلغاء قبل التأكيد
يمكنك إلغاء الطلب قبل دفع العربون في أي وقت دون أي رسوم.
4. إلغاء العميل بعد التأكيد
لكل خدمة واحدة من ثلاث سياسات إلغاء تظهر في صفحة الخدمة وقبل الدفع، ويُحسب الوقت حتى موعد الجلسة بتوقيت الرياض:
• مرنة: استرداد العربون كاملًا إذا ألغيت قبل 48 ساعة أو أكثر من الموعد، ولا استرداد بعد ذلك.
• متوسطة: استرداد كامل قبل 7 أيام أو أكثر، وبعد ذلك يُسترد نصف العربون.
• صارمة: العربون غير قابل للاسترداد بعد تأكيد الحجز.
يظهر المبلغ المسترد في تفاصيل الحجز بعد الإلغاء.
5. إلغاء المصوّر
إذا ألغى المصوّر حجزًا مؤكدًا يُعاد لك العربون كاملًا بغض النظر عن سياسة الإلغاء.
6. كيف ومتى يصل المبلغ المسترد
يُعاد المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع نفسها عبر ميسّر عند الإلغاء مباشرة، وتصلك رسالة بذلك. قد يستغرق ظهوره في حسابك عدة أيام عمل حسب البنك أو مزوّد المحفظة.
إن تعذّر تنفيذ الاسترداد لحظة الإلغاء لا يُلغى الحجز ويظهر لك خطأ؛ أعد المحاولة أو تواصل معنا.
7. تغيير الموعد
لا يتيح التطبيق حاليًا تغيير موعد حجز مؤكد تلقائيًا. للتغيير، اتفق مع المصوّر عبر المحادثة وتواصل معنا، أو ألغِ الحجز وفق السياسة أعلاه واحجز موعدًا جديدًا.
8. ضمان الحجز
• لا تدفع شيئًا قبل موافقة المصوّر.
• ترى السعر والعربون وسياسة الإلغاء قبل الدفع، ولا يتغيّر ذلك بعد الحجز.
• لا يمكن حجز موعد محجوز مسبقًا لدى المصوّر نفسه.
• إن ألغى المصوّر استرددت العربون كاملًا تلقائيًا.
• إن لم يحضر المصوّر أو واجهت مشكلة في التنفيذ، راسلنا على info@teksart.com خلال 7 أيام من الموعد مع التفاصيل، وسنراجع الحالة مع الطرفين.
لا تشمل هذه الضمانات ما يُدفع أو يُتفق عليه خارج التطبيق.
9. المصوّرون والمستحقات
تُحوَّل مستحقات المصوّر إلى الآيبان السعودي المسجّل في طلب انضمامه، وفق الترتيب المتفق عليه مع تكسارت. [TODO: موعد التحويل وأي عمولة للمنصة]

Payment & Refund Policy

This policy explains how the deposit is paid, when it is refunded, and what happens on cancellation. It is part of the Terms of Use.
1. How you pay
The deposit is paid in the app through Moyasar, a licensed payment gateway, in Saudi riyals: mada, Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay on Apple devices, STC Pay, and Google Pay and Samsung Pay on Android where your device supports them.
Card numbers are entered with Moyasar directly; the app does not store card numbers.
2. The deposit
Sending a request is free. After the photographer accepts, you pay a deposit at a percentage the photographer sets for each service, shown before you book. You have 24 hours from acceptance to pay, or the request closes at no charge.
The booking is confirmed as soon as the payment succeeds. The deposit counts towards the booking total; the rest is paid after the shoot.
If a payment arrives for a booking that can no longer be paid (for example it lapsed or was cancelled), we void or refund it automatically.
3. Cancelling before confirmation
You can cancel a request before paying the deposit at any time, free of charge.
4. Client cancels after confirmation
Each service has one of three cancellation policies, shown on the service page and before payment. Time is counted to the shoot's start in Riyadh time:
• Flexible: full deposit refund if you cancel 48 hours or more before the shoot; no refund after that.
• Moderate: full refund 7 days or more before; after that, half the deposit is refunded.
• Strict: the deposit is non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
The refunded amount appears in the booking details after cancellation.
5. Photographer cancels
If the photographer cancels a confirmed booking, you get the full deposit back, whatever the cancellation policy.
6. How refunds reach you
The refund goes back to the same payment method through Moyasar at the moment of cancellation, and you get a notification. It can take several working days to show in your account, depending on your bank or wallet.
If the refund can't be made at that moment, the booking is not cancelled and you see an error; try again or contact us.
7. Changing the date
The app doesn't currently change the date of a confirmed booking automatically. To change it, agree with the photographer in chat and contact us, or cancel under the policy above and book a new time.
8. Booking protection
• You pay nothing until the photographer accepts.
• You see the price, deposit and cancellation policy before paying, and they don't change after you book.
• A time the photographer already has booked can't be booked twice.
• If the photographer cancels, your full deposit is refunded automatically.
• If the photographer doesn't show up or there's a problem with the shoot, email info@teksart.com within 7 days of the date with the details and we'll review it with both sides.
This protection doesn't cover anything paid or agreed outside the app.
9. Photographers and payouts
Photographer earnings are paid to the Saudi IBAN in their application, under the arrangement agreed with Teksart. [TODO: payout timing and any platform commission]
