مرحبًا بك في «منهو يصورنا؟». هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين تكسارت (Teksart) المشغّلة للتطبيق. باستخدامك التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب فيه فأنت توافق عليها، فاقرأها بعناية.
1. ما هي المنصة
«منهو يصورنا؟» منصة إلكترونية تربط العملاء بمصوّرين مستقلين في المملكة العربية السعودية: تتصفح الخدمات والباقات، ترسل طلب حجز، وتدفع العربون وتتواصل مع المصوّر داخل التطبيق.
المصوّرون مقدّمو خدمة مستقلون وليسوا موظفين لدى تكسارت. المصوّر هو المسؤول عن تنفيذ جلسة التصوير وجودتها وتسليم الصور في المدة المعلنة. دور تكسارت تشغيل المنصة وتسهيل الحجز والدفع والتواصل.
2. الحساب
تسجّل عبر Apple أو Google أو البريد الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور (مع تأكيد البريد). يجب أن تكون بعمر 18 سنة أو أكثر، أو تستخدم التطبيق بإشراف وليّ أمرك.
أنت مسؤول عن صحة بياناتك وعن كل ما يتم من خلال حسابك. أبلغنا فورًا إن شككت في استخدام غير مصرّح به.
يمكنك حذف حسابك من «حسابي ← حذف الحساب» بعد إنهاء أو إلغاء أي حجز قائم. تفاصيل ما يُحذف وما يُحتفظ به في سياسة الخصوصية.
3. الحجز
إرسال طلب الحجز مجاني. يحدّد كل مصوّر خدماته وباقاته وأسعاره ونسبة العربون وسياسة الإلغاء، وتُعرض لك قبل الإرسال.
يتكوّن إجمالي الحجز من سعر الباقة والإضافات التي تختارها، ورسوم تنقّل إن كان موقع التصوير في مدينة غير مدينة المصوّر. تُعرض المبالغ بالريال السعودي.
للمصوّر قبول الطلب أو الاعتذار عنه. بعض المصوّرين يقبلون الحجز فورًا. بعد القبول لديك 24 ساعة لدفع العربون، وإلا يُغلق الطلب تلقائيًا دون أي رسوم.
لا يصبح الحجز مؤكدًا إلا بعد نجاح دفع العربون. وبعد تاريخ الجلسة يُعدّ الحجز مكتملًا.
4. الدفع والإلغاء والاسترداد
يُدفع العربون عبر بوابة الدفع المرخّصة ميسّر (Moyasar). تفاصيل وسائل الدفع ونِسب الاسترداد في «سياسة الدفع والاسترجاع»، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.
5. المصوّرون
للانضمام كمصوّر تقدّم وثيقة العمل الحر أو رقم السجل التجاري مع صورة منها، وآيبان سعودي لاستلام المستحقات، والمدن التي تخدمها. تراجع تكسارت الطلب ولها قبوله أو رفضه.
يلتزم المصوّر بدقة بيانات خدماته وأسعاره ومواعيده، وبالحضور في الموعد المؤكد، وبتسليم العمل كما هو معلن، وبالأنظمة المعمول بها بما فيها ما يتعلق بالخصوصية والتصوير في الأماكن العامة والخاصة.
إذا ألغى المصوّر حجزًا مؤكدًا يُعاد العربون كاملًا للعميل. وقد يؤدي تكرار الإلغاء أو المخالفات إلى إيقاف الحساب.
6. المحادثات والسلوك
المحادثة داخل التطبيق مخصّصة لترتيب الحجز. يُمنع الإساءة أو التحرّش أو المحتوى المخالف للأنظمة أو للآداب العامة، ونشر بيانات الآخرين دون إذنهم.
ننصحك بإتمام الحجز والدفع داخل التطبيق. أي اتفاق أو دفع خارج التطبيق يكون على مسؤوليتك ولا تشمله سياسات الاسترداد هنا.
يمنع استخدام التطبيق للاحتيال أو انتحال الشخصية أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به أو تعطيل الخدمة.
7. المساعد الذكي
يقترح المساعد مصوّرين ومواعيد بالاعتماد على بيانات التطبيق، وقد يخطئ. تحقّق من التفاصيل والسعر في شاشة الحجز قبل الإرسال؛ المعتمد هو ما يظهر في الحجز نفسه.
8. المحتوى والملكية
التطبيق وتصميمه وعلامته ملك لتكسارت. صور أعمال المصوّرين المعروضة ملك أصحابها. حقوق استخدام صور الجلسة بينك وبين المصوّر، وما لم تتفقا على غير ذلك فهي لاستخدامك الشخصي.
التقييمات المعروضة لأغراض المساعدة على الاختيار، ولا تضمن تكسارت جودة أي جلسة بعينها.
9. حدود المسؤولية
نسعى لتشغيل الخدمة باستمرار لكن لا نضمن خلوّها من الانقطاع أو الأخطاء. في حدود ما يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمل تكسارت الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتها المبالغ التي دفعتها عبر التطبيق للحجز محل المطالبة.
لا يحدّ شيء هنا من حقوقك التي لا يجوز تقييدها نظامًا، بما فيها حقوق المستهلك.
10. الإيقاف والإنهاء
يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وحذف حسابك متى شئت. ولتكسارت تعليق أو إغلاق حساب يخالف هذه الشروط أو عند طلب جهة مختصة، مع إبلاغك بالسبب متى كان ذلك ممكنًا.
11. النظام الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية، ومنها نظام التجارة الإلكترونية ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية، وتختص المحاكم السعودية بأي نزاع. نسعى أولًا لحل أي خلاف وديًا عبر الدعم.
عند الاختلاف بين النص العربي والإنجليزي يُعتمد النص العربي.
12. التعديلات والتواصل
قد نعدّل هذه الشروط، وسنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه وننبّهك داخل التطبيق للتغييرات الجوهرية. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك التعديل.

Welcome to "منهو يصورنا؟" (Menbisawwerna). These terms are an agreement between you and Teksart, which runs the app. By using the app or creating an account you accept them, so please read them carefully.
1. What the platform is
"منهو يصورنا؟" is an online platform that connects clients with independent photographers in Saudi Arabia. You browse services and packages, send a booking request, pay the deposit and talk to the photographer in the app.
Photographers are independent providers, not Teksart employees. The photographer is responsible for carrying out the shoot, its quality and delivering the photos in the stated time. Teksart runs the platform and makes booking, payment and messaging easier.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password (the email must be verified). You must be 18 or older, or use the app under a parent's or guardian's supervision.
You are responsible for keeping your details accurate and for everything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you suspect someone else is using it.
You can delete your account from Account → Delete account once any open booking is finished or cancelled. The Privacy Policy explains what is deleted and what is kept.
3. Booking
Sending a booking request is free. Each photographer sets their services, packages, prices, deposit percentage and cancellation policy, and these are shown to you before you send.
The booking total is the package price, any extras you choose, and a travel fee if the shoot is in a different city from the photographer's. Amounts are in Saudi riyals.
The photographer may accept or decline the request; some accept instantly. After acceptance you have 24 hours to pay the deposit, or the request closes automatically at no charge.
A booking is only confirmed once the deposit payment succeeds. After the shoot date the booking is marked completed.
4. Payment, cancellation and refunds
The deposit is paid through Moyasar, a licensed payment gateway. Payment methods and refund rules are in the Payment & Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Photographers
To join as a photographer you submit a freelance document or a Commercial Registration number with a copy of it, a Saudi IBAN for payouts, and the cities you serve. Teksart reviews the application and may accept or refuse it.
Photographers must keep their services, prices and availability accurate, turn up for confirmed bookings, deliver the work as described, and follow the applicable rules, including those on privacy and photography in public and private places.
If a photographer cancels a confirmed booking, the client gets the full deposit back. Repeated cancellations or violations may lead to the account being suspended.
6. Messages and conduct
In-app chat is for arranging bookings. Abuse, harassment, unlawful or indecent content, and sharing other people's data without permission are not allowed.
We recommend keeping booking and payment in the app. Anything agreed or paid outside the app is at your own risk and isn't covered by the refund rules here.
You may not use the app for fraud, impersonation, unauthorised access or to disrupt the service.
7. The booking assistant
The assistant suggests photographers and times from the app's data and can make mistakes. Check the details and price on the booking screen before sending; what the booking itself shows is what counts.
8. Content and ownership
The app, its design and brand belong to Teksart. Portfolio photos belong to the photographers. Rights to your session photos are between you and the photographer; unless you agree otherwise, they are for your personal use.
Ratings shown are there to help you choose; Teksart does not guarantee the quality of any particular shoot.
9. Liability
We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will be free of interruptions or errors. As far as the law allows, Teksart is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and its liability is limited to what you paid through the app for the booking in question.
Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights.
10. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Teksart may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or when a competent authority requires it, and will tell you why where it can.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and the Personal Data Protection Law, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably through support.
If the Arabic and English texts differ, the Arabic text prevails.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and let you know in the app about significant changes. Continuing to use the app means you accept them.
