توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق «منهو يصورنا؟» ولماذا وكيف نحميها، وفق نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية. الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات هي تكسارت (Teksart).
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
• الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني ومعرّف الحساب من Apple أو Google أو البريد، ولغة التطبيق.
• الحجوزات: الخدمة والباقة والإضافات والمدينة والتاريخ والوقت ومكان التصوير والملاحظات التي تكتبها، والمبالغ وحالة الحجز.
• الدفع: مرجع عملية الدفع ومبلغها وحالتها من ميسّر. لا نخزّن أرقام البطاقات أو رمز CVV؛ تُدخل بيانات البطاقة لدى بوابة الدفع مباشرة.
• المحادثات: رسائلك مع المصوّرين والرسائل الآلية المتعلقة بالحجز.
• المساعد الذكي: ما تكتبه للمساعد لاقتراح مصوّرين ومواعيد.
• الإشعارات: رمز الإشعارات للجهاز ونوع النظام.
• المصوّرون فقط: نوع ورقم وثيقة العمل الحر أو السجل التجاري وصورتها، والآيبان، والمدن التي تخدمها.
• على جهازك فقط: المفضلة والمدينة المختارة واللغة. لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي.
2. لماذا نستخدمها
لتشغيل حسابك وتنفيذ الحجوزات والمدفوعات والاسترداد، وتمكين التواصل بينك وبين المصوّر، وإرسال إشعارات الحجز، والتحقق من المصوّرين، ومنع الاحتيال، والوفاء بالالتزامات النظامية. الأساس النظامي هو تنفيذ الخدمة التي طلبتها، والالتزامات النظامية، وموافقتك حيث تلزم.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات الموجّهة.
3. مع من نشاركها
• المصوّر الذي تحجز معه: اسمك وتفاصيل الحجز والمكان والملاحظات والمحادثة.
• ميسّر (Moyasar): لمعالجة الدفع والاسترداد.
• Google Firebase: لتسجيل الدخول وإرسال الإشعارات. وApple عند استخدام تسجيل الدخول بـ Apple أو Apple Pay.
• مزوّدو نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي (مثل OpenRouter وGroq): يُرسل إليهم نص محادثتك مع المساعد فقط لتوليد الرد.
• مزوّد الاستضافة، والجهات الحكومية عند وجود طلب نظامي.
4. نقل البيانات خارج المملكة
قد تُعالَج بعض البيانات على خوادم خارج المملكة لدى مزوّدي الخدمات أعلاه. نقتصر على ما يلزم ونعتمد مزوّدين بضمانات حماية مناسبة، وفق ما يسمح به نظام حماية البيانات الشخصية ولوائحه.
5. مدة الاحتفاظ والحذف
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال بقاء حسابك. عند حذف الحساب نحذف ملفك ومحادثاتك وإشعاراتك ورموز الأجهزة وطلب الانضمام كمصوّر ووثيقته.
نُبقي سجلات الحجوزات والمدفوعات السابقة بعد إزالة اسمك ومكان التصوير والملاحظات منها، لأغراض المحاسبة والالتزامات النظامية ومعالجة النزاعات.
لا يمكن حذف الحساب وعليه حجز قائم؛ ألغِه أو انتظر اكتماله أولًا.
6. حقوقك
يحق لك وفق النظام أن تعرف كيف تُعالج بياناتك، وأن تطلب نسخة منها أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، وأن تسحب موافقتك حيث كانت هي الأساس. راسلنا على info@teksart.com وسنرد خلال المدة النظامية. ويحق لك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (سدايا).
7. الحماية
نستخدم اتصالًا مشفّرًا (HTTPS) وتحققًا من هوية كل طلب، ونقيّد الوصول إلى وثائق المصوّرين. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، وسنبلغك والجهات المختصة عند أي تسرّب يؤثر عليك كما يقتضي النظام.
8. الأطفال
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 18 سنة دون إشراف وليّ الأمر، ولا نجمع بيانات الأطفال عن قصد.
9. التعديلات والتواصل
سنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه عند أي تعديل وننبّهك داخل التطبيق للتغييرات الجوهرية. للاستفسار: info@teksart.com

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data "منهو يصورنا؟" collects, why, and how we protect it, in line with Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). Teksart is the controller of your data.
1. Data we collect
• Account: your name, email and account ID from Apple, Google or email sign-in, and your app language.
• Bookings: the service, package, extras, city, date, time, venue and notes you write, plus amounts and booking status.
• Payments: the payment reference, amount and status from Moyasar. We do not store card numbers or CVV; card details go directly to the payment gateway.
• Messages: your chats with photographers and automatic booking notes.
• Assistant: what you type to the booking assistant.
• Notifications: your device's push token and platform.
• Photographers only: freelance document or Commercial Registration type and number, a copy of it, your IBAN and the cities you serve.
• On your device only: favourites, chosen city and language. We do not collect your location.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, carry out bookings, payments and refunds, let you and the photographer talk, send booking notifications, verify photographers, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations. The legal basis is providing the service you asked for, legal obligations, and your consent where needed.
We do not sell your data or use it for targeted advertising.
3. Who we share it with
• The photographer you book: your name, booking details, venue, notes and chat.
• Moyasar: to process payments and refunds.
• Google Firebase: for sign-in and push notifications. Apple when you use Sign in with Apple or Apple Pay.
• AI model providers (such as OpenRouter and Groq): only your assistant conversation text is sent, to generate replies.
• Our hosting provider, and public authorities where the law requires.
4. Transfers outside Saudi Arabia
Some data may be processed on servers outside Saudi Arabia by the providers above. We limit this to what is needed and use providers with appropriate safeguards, as the PDPL and its regulations allow.
5. Retention and deletion
We keep data while your account exists. When you delete your account we delete your profile, chats, notifications, device tokens, and any photographer application and its document.
Past booking and payment records are kept with your name, venue and notes removed, for accounting, legal obligations and dispute handling.
You can't delete an account with an open booking; cancel it or wait until it's completed first.
6. Your rights
Under the law you can ask how your data is processed, get a copy, correct it or delete it, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Email info@teksart.com and we'll reply within the legal time limit. You may also complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
7. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), authenticate every request, and restrict access to photographers' documents. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you and the authorities of any breach that affects you, as the law requires.
8. Children
The app isn't meant for under-18s without a guardian's supervision, and we don't knowingly collect children's data.
